Data controller

M.S.C.P, 397 boulevard de la Tavernière, 06210 Mandelieu-la-Napoule, France.

For any question about your data: contact.mscp@gmail.com.

The data we collect

We only collect the data you send us yourself. Two channels are involved: the quote request form, and applications sent to us by email.

Through the quote request form:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • telephone number
  • type of requirement selected
  • the free text of your message

We invite you to stay general in your message: the sensitive details of your situation are best discussed in person.

We collect no browsing data. This site uses no tracking, audience measurement or targeted advertising tools.

Why we process it

The data sent through the form serves only to handle your request, get back to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis for the processing is your own decision to make contact, ahead of a possible contractual relationship.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who has access

Only authorised staff within M.S.C.P have access to this information. It may be hosted or transmitted by our technical providers acting as processors: the host of this site, and our email provider, which transmits and stores the emails you send us, job applications included. Those providers access your data only as their service requires, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Job applications are subject to a separate retention period, set out below. Data attached to a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of the contract and for the applicable statutory periods.

Job applications

If you send us an application by email, we process the information contained in your message and in the documents attached to it: identity, contact details, professional background, training and qualifications, including your professional card.

This data serves only to consider your application and to correspond with you. It is used for no other purpose and is passed on to no third party for commercial purposes.

Unsuccessful applications are kept for two years from our last exchange, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

We ask you not to send us sensitive information with no bearing on the role, in particular relating to your health, your beliefs or your private life.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the loi Informatique et Libertés, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to the processing of your data, together with a right to data portability.

To exercise them, write to us at contact.mscp@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or at cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work, in particular to remember your choice of language. Those cookies are exempt from prior consent and serve no advertising or statistical purpose.

No tracking, audience measurement or social network cookie is set.

Security

We put in place the appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
